Yves Rossy

A career in the Swiss Air Force and a commercial pilot put Yves Rossy on the flightpath to becoming Jetman, and he hasn’t looked down since. Starting his journey into history with free-fall before swiftly moving on to more and more sophisticated — and experimental — forms of flight, Yves worked tirelessly to realise his lofty dream of taking to the sky.

He reached that goal in 2006, becoming the first man in the history of aviation to fly with a jet-propelled wing.

Then in 2008, ‘Jetman’ came to the world’s attention with a spectacular flight over the English Channel nearly 100 years after the first crossing by air and now he’s moved his operations to Dubai, we have a feeling he won’t stop there! Keep your eyes on the sky!
